Using CloseLoop
You may use CloseLoop for lawful business purposes and only with information you are authorized to process. You are responsible for your account activity, the accuracy of your estimates, and the promises you make to customers.
Customer communications
You are responsible for complying with laws and industry rules that apply to email, text messages, advertising, privacy, and consent. CloseLoop’s stop rules and unsubscribe controls support responsible outreach but do not replace your legal obligations. Text-message tools require a person to review and initiate each message unless a compliant messaging service is added separately.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business and customer content you add. You grant CloseLoop the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, payment-card data, health records, or other information that the product is not designed to hold.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CloseLoop reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product improves. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or others.
Estimates and business results
CloseLoop helps create and track estimates; it is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Revenue and profit views are informational and depend on the data you enter. We do not guarantee that a follow-up will produce a sale.
Acceptable use
Do not use CloseLoop to send spam, impersonate others, violate privacy, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or harm another person or organization.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account. Access may be limited or terminated for serious misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
